UPDATE: The Master Plan is almost completed. We expect it to be approved by the Park Board and the Met Council sometime in late 2024 or early 2025. Then the Greenway will officially become the Midtown Greenway Regional Trail! ...

The neighborhood is asking the City to allow them to build an indoor urban farm, bike shop, cafe, and affordable housing. The City wants to tear down the historic Roof Depot and build a parking lot for heavy trucks.
