Mural Project: Midtown Greenway Cultural Communities Mural Project

Creating the Nation's Best Cultural Bikeway

This work is funded in part by the Minnesota Humanities Center with money from the Arts and Cultural HeritageFund that was created with the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008.

The Midtown Greenway Cultural Communities Murals Project will create a nearly six-mile-long outdoor art gallery of paintings along the historic Midtown Greenway bike trail in Minneapolis. The images will reflect and celebrate the beauty and diversity of the cultural communities who live, work, and play alongside the Greenway.
