Greenway Maintenance Makes for a Smoother Ride At the request of the Midtown Greenway Coalition, Minneapolis Public Works recently sealed many of the cracks in the Greenway trail in Phase I (Uptown to Midtown). (You may have noticed the biodegradable tissue paper covering the sealant.) Some of the cracks were large, so they will require more patching, which we hope will occur this year or early next year. While overall the trail is still in pretty good shape, the number of cracks seems to be growing, so we have requested that it be put on a list for a full repaving (mill & overlay) in the next few years.
