Winter Wonder Walk/Ride

February 11th, 12 pm-2 pm

Here at the Midtown Greenway Coalition, we want you to enjoy the Greenway all year round.  So along with our friends at Bike Walk Twin Cities, the Minneapolis Bicycle Coalition, and the Northeast Ride, we've put together a series of sweet activities to get you out of your house and onto the Greenway.  I present to you....the first-ever Winter Wonder Walk/Ride!

It's free and open to everyone, but please let us know you're coming by registering here.

Check in and get your finalized activity map between 11:30 and noon in the back room of the Sheraton Midtown Hotel.  You can enter through their front entrance, or bike right up to the Greenway-facing patio.

Activity kick-off will happen at noon outside of Freewheel Midtown Bike Center, and you're free to partake in the activities you want at your own pace from then until 2 pm.

Activities:

• A snow bike/fat tire bicycle obstacle course, courtesy of Freewheel Midtown Bike Center
• Slow-bike races with Nice Ride MN
• A marshmallow-roasting bicycle
• Biking and walking tours of the Greenway with The Fit Tourist
• Tricycle trains
• Snowshoe activities
• Delicious treats from Common Roots Cafe, Rye Deli, and Peace Coffee
• And much more!
