Adopt-A-Greenway
Groups adopt four-block sections of the Greenway along with three other groups. This is one of the biggest components of the Midtown Greenway Coalition’s volunteer program with over 50 groups adopting. Groups are asked to schedule two clean up events a year and sign a contract for two years. Additional tasks may also be done such as: caring for past planting beds, adopting a garden, sponsoring a larger area with various needs, such as a major entrance location.
